Problem

In some instances, the users unsubscribed the addon app, but they can keep it on their instance without deleting it.
In this situation, when the addon app was automatically updated, the audit log shows the following.

Installed "{Addon App Name}" ( app-key "{App Key}, "version "X.X.X", environment "{Environment}", app-id "{App Id}")

Suggestion

Improve the context in audit log.

• Not showing any audit log in this situation.
• Improve the context as below.
