Ability to clear data from history of manually cleaned Sensitive data

      Description

      We have customers who have setup email alerts for sensitive data, this email is sent to users and a lot of users end up clearing the data manually. Once the data is cleared there is no way for the admin to initiate a cleanup on their end and hence the sensitive data info is retained in the history of the ticket.

      Suggestions

      Allow an option to remove only the historical references if the sensitive data has been cleared manually by the user.

      Workaround:

      Suggested approach is to clone the issue and delete the original one.
