Ability to have Trello Free users not count as billable for Guard

      Currently, managed accounts and external users on all other plans, except Enterprise, including free plans, count towards the Atlassian Guard Standard bill.

      The customers would like to have the ability to have Trello Free users not count as billable for Guard.
