      Summary:

When User Provisioning is integrated with Atlassian cloud applications, synchronisation events from the Identity Provider (IDP) to the Atlassian cloud are logged. The synchronisation process from the Identity Provider (IDP) ensures that users are correctly aligned with all linked Atlassian cloud sites within the same organisation.

When an organisation has multiple cloud sites, each synchronisation event is logged separately in the Audit Log. This can initially appear as duplicate entries, but they actually represent distinct events for each site. However, these logs can appear as duplicate entries, causing confusion.

      Current Behaviour:

The synchronisation process logs separate entries for each cloud site within an organisation. These entries may seem like duplicates in the Audit Log, leading to potential misinterpretation.

      Expected Behaviour:

To improve clarity, each Audit Log entry should include the site name or site ID. This addition would help users easily distinguish between events related to different cloud sites.

      Workaround:

Currently, users need to manually interpret the logs to differentiate between entries for different cloud sites.
