Issue Summary
When provisioning a new site in an organization that has the original user management experience enabled, a race condition in the backend causes the site to be excluded from syncing for all groups synced via user provisioning.
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure user provisioning for an organization that has the original user management experience enabled.
- Sync one or more groups via user provisioning.
- Resolve group conflicts, if any.
- Add an app with a new site or workspace.
Expected Results
The group(s) that are synced via user provisioning become synced to the new site/workspace within a reasonable amount of time.
Actual Results
The group(s) that are synced via user provisioning never become synced to the new site/workspace.
Workaround
Contact Atlassian Support for assistance in getting the new site reconfigured to populate the synced group(s).
