Add audit log event when user is added to organization as a result of migration import

      Problem Definition

      At the moment organization audit log captures multiple events related to user addition to organization (as a result of invitation, or self-joining products based on User access settings rules, or SCIM user provisioning).
      Monitor and audit activity in your organization

      However, no event is emitted when user is added to organization as a result of Migration (import, or copy from another Cloud instance).

      Suggested Solution

      Add a dedicated event to organization audit log to capture addition of users as a result of Migration-related activities.

      Why this is important

      Audit log is a crucial instrument for administrators to obtain full visibility, and track organization activities. Migration activity is one of the ways to add users to organization, and corresponding user addition event would be very helpful.
