Description

Original: At the moment, the [provisioning integration with Microsoft for nested groups|https://support.atlassian.com/provisioning-users/docs/connect-to-azure-active-directory/] requires a Microsoft admin account to establish the connection.  *Suggestion*  Allow to establish the connection utilizing  [web service credentials|https://support.atlassian.com/provisioning-users/docs/connect-to-azure-active-directory/] so that the integration is not dependent on any specific Microsoft admin account.
