Please increase the log retention

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Currently, the logs related to user re-invitation or restoration are limited to one month only. This creates quite an inconvenient situation when we want to investigate logs that are more than one month old, and the site doesn't have the Atlassian Guard subscription.

      Workaround: There is no workaround for such a case, as the DB doesn't store more than 1 month of data, which is not critical 

      The log retention for user access is requested to be 3 months, which will help the support team and customer, as it is quite common that audit log-related queries could often come after 1 month.

            Audit log event retention is 180 days. If the suggestion is for other types of logs, please open the suggestion with the service that only keeps the access logs for 1 month.
