      Issue Summary

      The Last Seen date for an inactive users is inaccurate; the value is later than the date the user was deactivated.
      As an org admin, the result is concerning; there is a potential access/security issue.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Org admin: Deactivate a user (01 Jan 2025)
      2. Inactive user: Access a Confluence page (02 Jan 2025)
        > Tries to access the page but gets redirected to login

      Expected Results

      Last seen value of the user is 01 Jan 2025

      Actual Results

      Last seen value of the user is 02 Jan 2025. The Last seen value is later than the date the user was deactivated
