User Problem
Agent users performing actions from JSM portal do not update their last seen values for JSM.
Those events are excluded because the product is designed to consider that the events are mainly coming from users with the helpseeker role (customer role).
Suggested Solutions
Count the Agent actions via JSM portal towards their Last seen values for JSM.
Current Workarounds
The agents need to access the Jira tickets from the agent view and not via portal.
Hi there,
I'm Michelle, the product manager investigating this issue. I'm currently in discussions with various teams across Atlassian including JSM to compile the full view of feature enhancement requests, known limitations and gaps related to last active across the entire Atlassian product portfolio.
Once I've finished analysing and solutioning, I will share a prioritized plan for addressing these issues, including the one called out on this ticket.
