Issue Summary

I can see mention of Google Workspace in the left nav when that's not an IdP option for Atlassian Government customers.

Steps to Reproduce

1. From the Admin hub, select Products in the top nav.

1. Under Sites and products in the left nav, select a site.

1. In the left nav, you’ll see Google Workspace. When clicked, it goes to the Identity providers page, where Google Workspace has been removed because it’s out of scope for FedRAMP.
