Current behavior:

• The "Block data export" fully blocks all types of content if its enabled for Confluence or Jira.
  • Data security policy - Prevent data export

Suggestion: Have more granular controls over what we want to block in each product:

• Jira:
  1. Block Jira issue attachments, while allowing other exports (or vice versa)
• Confluence:
  1. Block export for certain Spaces while allowing others, or
  2. Block a particular content type, "pages, whiteboard, databases", while allowing others.
  3. Block only certain types of export like PDF and enable others
