Add Manager SCIM attributes to the Managed Accounts profile UI

      Problem Definition

      The Manager field synced through the SCIM integration is not displayed for the admins at the Organization level.

      Suggested Solutions

      Ensure that the Manager and all the supported (Display name, Email address, Job title, Timezone, Department, Preferred language) fields are displayed to the admins at the Org when they exist at the external directory.
