      Whenever a managed account tries to opt for a new product through cross-flow functionalities like banners, etc., a new popup appears on the Admin hub visible to the org admin to Approve the request. 

      Frequent pop-ups cause distractions and the admin has to cancel these requests. There should be an option to opt out of such request notifications.
