      Issue Summary

Considering all the context and concepts already existing and discussed in other features like this one, it would be nice to have a classification feature to set over Discovered products resulting from the accidental sign-up process well described in this blog post.

This way, the organization admins can classify the instances discovered in their Shadow IT process, to separate them from actual useful and "valid" discovered products during their auditions.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Discovered Products page.
      2. Search for a recently discovered products.
      3. Flag it as "Valid" or "Invalid"/"Accidental"

The system could even suggest the flag in advance using the name pattern criteria used for accidental instance creation "{sitename}-team-{randomString}.atlassian.net".

      Expected Results

Be able to export the Discovered products or Search for them and ignore the instances flagged as "invalid".

      Actual Results

      N/A

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
