Mobile App Policy option "Prevent users from saving or backing up data to their devices" prevents users from copying the issue link or other data on the Jira Mobile and Confluence Mobile Apps.

      On the Atlassian Admin Mobile App Policy, there exists an option labeled “Prevent users from saving or backing up data to their devices.” When this option is enabled, it restricts users from copying the link to the Jira issue within their Mobile App.

      Although the option “Prevent cutting or copying data from within the app” is not enabled, it still results in users being unable to copy the link, potentially leading to an error message stating, “Links can’t be copied; your organization does not allow copying links.”

      While the current functionality is operating as intended, it would be beneficial to provide a more granular option that enables administrators to restrict saving and backing up to external devices or the cloud, while still allowing users to copy links to issues.

            It's unfortunate that we have to unblock so much by turning off "Prevent users from sharing, saving or backing up data to their devices" just to enable "Copy Link".
