Provide OTP (MFA) option to portal-only customer

      There is a discussion regarding 2FA for portal-only customers, but this is in the Enterprise domain. A similar feature would be a great addition to SMBs as well.

      Currently, the portal-only customer can't be enforced for MFA/2FA. The only option available is the SSO to enforce the security. The challenge with the SSO for the portal-only customer is how customers use this role for their business. 

      Portal-only customer is an external user and there might be people from various organizations as a portal-only customer. Therefore, setting up SSO through IDP as an alternative might be cumbersome. 

      Providing a dedicated authentication policy similar to the "External user security" policy to enable the 2FA (OTP) will be really helpful.
