Improvements in Audit logs related to Discovered Products and Product Requests

      We should add changes/updates related to discovered products and product requests to our organisation Audit logs:

      • Log events when a managed user creates a product
      • Log events related to who joined as admin
      • Log events related to who approved/denied the product requests
      • Log events related to any configuration changes made to the product requests.
