Block the ability of JSM portal-only-account to change password when enforced with Portal-only-SSO

      Problem Definition

      Currently, when an portal-only customer account is logged in via SSO, in their profile they are having an option available to change password

      Suggested Solution

      The change password option should be blocked/greyed out for portal-only accounts if user is logging in via SAML SSO or when the JSM admins are setting the authentication option as "Disable login using email and password"

      Why this is important

      Causes confusion for users and admins as there is no password login allowed for the users.
