Issue Summary
When Product request settings for Enterprise customers are changed in Admin hub, audit logs show blank entries.

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to 'https://admin.atlassian.com/o/<orgId>/product-requests'
- Setup product request settings for any Enterprise product
- Go to org audit logs and check the events.
Expected Results
Audit log event shows product request settings were changed.
Actual Results
Audit log events are created but activity field is 'blank'
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
