Description:
At present, the Idle Session Duration feature is only available for Managed Accounts. This capability should be extended to External Users as well. When the Session Expiration time is set to 4 hours due to security policy compliance, External Users are logged out from all browser sessions and may need to re-enter an Email OTP.

Suggestion:
To improve the user experience, enabling Idle Session Duration for External Users based on their activity would prevent unnecessary timeouts, allowing them to maintain an active session without having to re-authenticate frequently.
