      On an organization without an Atlassian Guard subscription, some managed accounts will show the following flag.

      Atlassian Guard bill
      This user counts towards your Atlassian Guard bill. Learn more

      This seem to indicate that Atlassian Guard is already enabled for this organization.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. On an organization without Atlassian Guard subscription, claim a domain and claim the accounts.
      2. Go to Managed Accounts
      3. Open the profile of an account that has product access to any non-enterprise Atlassian cloud product.

      Expected Results

      The flag should indicate something similar to the following message

      This user will count on the bill when Atlassian Guard is enabled.

      Actual Results

      The flag seem to indicate that the Atlassian Guard subscription is already enabled.

      Workaround
