This seem to indicate that Atlassian Guard is already enabled for this organization.
Steps to Reproduce
- On an organization without Atlassian Guard subscription, claim a domain and claim the accounts.
- Go to Managed Accounts
- Open the profile of an account that has product access to any non-enterprise Atlassian cloud product.
Expected Results
The flag should indicate something similar to the following message
This user will count on the bill when Atlassian Guard is enabled.
Actual Results
The flag seem to indicate that the Atlassian Guard subscription is already enabled.

Workaround
