Provide the Ability for Org Admins to Join Products Which Were Created by Deactivated Accounts

      At the moment, org admins are not able to join the products which were created by Atlassian accounts which subsequently got deactivated

      Provide a way to do the same

      Workaround

      The current workaround is that admins will need to reactivate those accounts to be able to join the products created by them in Discovered Products.
