Allow admin to see the "Join as Admin" option for Discovered products

      The Organization Admin from the Parent Organization is not able to see the "Join as Admin" option for Discovered products when this product was created using the Original user management experience.
      This fact prevents the user from joining discovered products as an Org Admin
