      Problem Definition

With the change to OpsGenie Accounts being managed in an Atlassian Organization, Administrators would like for their users to IdP Initiated login to these applications.

In Okta, chiclet/buttons are utilized to initiate IdP login to Apps

      Why this is important

There is no option to display an Opsgenie chiclet/button with the "Atlassian Cloud" App (it currently supports Trello, Bitbucket, Statuspage, Jira Service Management, Jira, and Compass), which can lead to confusion for Users who only have access to these products.

      Suggested Solution

Update the "Atlassian Cloud" App in Okta to add a link to Opsgenie for IdP Initiated login.

      Workaround

      • Okta Admins can add a Bookmark App to simulate an IdP-initiated flow.
