Atlassian-sending-domain-verification is sometimes failing for CDEN

      Issue Summary

      network error responses from Custom Domain Email Notification and Verifying a domain to manage accounts leads to validation failures only occurring from the TXT lookup of the "atlassian-sending-domain-verification".

      This is sporadically erroring and an email is generated that the TXT lookup record has failed for "atlassian-sending-domain-verification". When this is checked via DIG command the "atlassian-sending-domain-verification" is correct and can be successful the next day.

      Only "atlassian-sending-domain-verification" will fail and the other lookups are successful.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. There is no current steps to reproduce as the error is sporadic.
      2. When checking the complete records required for CDEN will be configured within the DNS settings.
      3. Atlassian support is able to verify based on the logs based on the below.

      Expected Results

      The DNS lookup successfully collects all records and compares them against CDEN settings in Admin Hub everytime.

      Actual Results

      "atlassian-sending-domain-verification" fails to validate, generating an email to the Atlassian Org Administrators.

      The Logs found by the Atlassian support team are the below;

      Error while performing record look up for XYZ.ABC: network error

      Workaround
