Customer has stated a requirement to enforce MFA for external user using Authenticator apps like Google Duo, Okta Verify etc.

Currently, we can enforce 2FA on external users in External user settings. Atlassian sends a verification email with OTP. But customer wants that user should authenticate using authenticator app.
