Issue Summary
Automatically create the requested product when you update the request’s status to RESOLVED.
Currently, the process involves the requestor working with the organisation admin to either change the product request settings to "Allow New Products" or require the org admin to create a new site in an existing organisation.
This adds additional work for the organisation admin which requires an update of the product request settings, informing the user and then reverting the changes.
Expected Results
The requested product should be created automatically when the request status is set to resolve.
Workaround
- Org admin to create a new product in an existing organisation and then provide necessary permissions to the requestor.
- Update the product requests setting to "Allow New Products" and work with the user to create a new product. Once done change the setting back to "Require Admin Approval"
