Give admins the ability to log out External users

      Admins cannot logout users that were previously accessing control accounts of external users that were migrated to Azure AD:

      Migrating local guest user to AzureAD will not close the old login!

      ACCESS-1574:Ability to restrict and audit external user's Atlassian Account security -Will address an admins ability to know a users password and sso strenght. However, the admin still will not have the ablity to log a user out.

      Workaround

      • Remove user from having access to products
