Description
Issue Summary
Track user-created activity enabled automatically for JSM
Expected Results
The track organization activities from the audit log should be enabled only for enterprise customers and when enabling the feature in the Activity settings.
Actual Results
Some customers had the feature enabled even when they didn't have enterprise plan and the feature available for them.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
