Create a user role that allows access to the organization Audit Log from Atlassian AdminHub

Currently, the only way to allow users access to the organization's Audit Logs requires an elevated set of permissions, allowing these users to execute Admin tasks.

It would be interesting to have a profile where users can navigate to AdminHub in a read-only mode or even a direct role that allows access only to the organization's Audit Log.

This is important to guarantee transparency to possibly external parties and to ensure we have better granularity on admin tasks.
