    Description

      Issue Summary

When a user is created with Jira Product Discovery product access there isn't always an audit log entry to indicate that the user was given product access or added to the default group for the product.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have Jira Product Discovery as one of the default products for the org.
      2. Invite a new user using the Jira REST API Create user endpoint.

      Expected Results

The organization-level audit log should have an entry that indicates that the user was given product access to Jira Product Discovery or an entry that indicates that the user was added to the default group for the product.

      Actual Results

There are audit log entries for the other products, but not for Jira Product Discovery.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
