Description
Issue Summary
The Bulk Authentication Policy facilitates the exchange when there are many users in an organization, but when running in a file for example 10 thousand users, when there is a wrong user for example, A Message in the Organization is shown that the procedure could not be performed because there are users in the file that are not in the correct "user.123@domain.com" email format, and an email is only sent stating the same error.
Steps to Reproduce
- Bulk Authentication Policy with incorrect value in a user
Expected Results
It would be interesting after the CSV file is loaded, the system reads the entire file line by line and processes all users in the list, if it has some invalid user, as I already took an example in CES Access Support, of having Atlassian Account with an email containing character apostrophe, or a space in between, or even from Atlassian Account that has just been removed or changed email.
And then process send a message in the Browser and later by email as is currently done:
- Move users of the Authentication Policy carried out successfully for XXXXX users!
- XXXXX numbers of users have been moved from the Authentication Policy, but YYYYY users have not been found or are not in the correct email address format. ex "user.123@domain.com", The list of unmodified users was sent to your email, check and try again later.
- We could not process, because the file is not in the correct format, here is an example of file format to perform Bulk: (attach the example)
Workaround
The Customers and our Support have to analyze the whole file to check the problems, sometimes just an invalid character like a space, or apostrophe.
