It would be useful if Admin Roles could be customized for specific needs within Atlassian Administration. For example, certain admins could only have access to the Atlassian's Security Settings. 

Today, Admin Roles are pre-defined and can't be customized. Which results in either providing Admin Permissions to the entire Organization (for example, Org Admins) or none at all.
