Allow the "manager" attribute to be synced from Azure AD sync for nested groups

      Issue Summary

      At the moment, Azure AD sync supports the following list of attributes: https://support.atlassian.com/provisioning-users/docs/limitations-of-azure-ad-for-nested-groups/ 

      The "manager" attribute, supported over the Manual SCIM setup, is currently not supported in Azure AD sync, which renders customers unable to provision that attribute to use in Atlas when they want to establish their organization's hierarchy.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Connect to Azure AD sync to your organization 
      2. Perform the sync
      3. The manager attribute is not synced.

      Expected Results

      The manager attribute should be synced.

      Actual Results

      The manager attribute is not synced over Azure AD sync for nested groups.

      Workaround

      There is no known workaround for this behavior unless the customer switches from the Azure AD sync for nested groups to the Manual SCIM sync.

      A workaround will be added here when available.
