      Issue Summary

      When we provision a user account from IDP to Atlassian, Audit logs show “Actor” as user Instead of IDP

      Some date Unavailable User
      user's email id      		 Created account for user

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1
        Configure user provisioning and create a user account from IDP
      2. Step 2
        Now search that user account in the Audit logs
      3. Step 3
        Check the “Actor“ column, it shows the user as an Actor

      Expected Results

      It should show “Identify providers” as an Actor

      Actual Results

      It shows the user as an Actor instead of IDP/“Identify providers”
