Description
At the moment, the IP Allowlisting can be applied to specific products and not to individuals. Hence the IP Allowlisting will apply to all the Atlassian accounts logging in to the product

Suggestion : Provide a way to add exceptions to the Ip Allowlisting page so that certain users can be excluded. This will be helpful in cases wherein users external to the organization wants to log in to the product.
