[AX-671] I need a REST API endpoint that shows licensing information for all products

Description	Original: The URL it reaches is the following, but it only seems accessible via the browser while authenticated as an admin. https://admin.atlassian.com/gateway/api/adminhub/um/site/CLOUD-ID/product/licences Being able to call on this without a cookie via RESTful API would be very helpful for Admins monitoring their license consumption.
