Customers would like a simple public API endpoint they can poll to confirm the status of their provisioning directory (i.e. active vs suspended).

With this API endpoint, we can also include an endpoint to monitor the Google Workspace/Azure AD sync status to monitor any errors during the sync and can send an email notification to the Atlassian org admin or IT Admin about the errors during sync.
