Issue Summary
Disconnecting Gsuite from the Org leaves a Dead Gsync link
Steps to Reproduce
- Disconnect Gsuite
- Try connecting the Org over User provisioning or Try a Transfer product n the Org
- The above actions will not work as there is a Dead Gsuite connection on Atlassian end
Expected Results
Once Gsuite is Disconnected by the Org Admin, al it's associated links should get disconnected
Actual Results
In some cases this doesn't happen. When we run an API against the Org, we see a Gsync connection
The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

Workaround
Contact Atlassian to fix this from backend
