Issue Summary

Preferred language SCIM attribute does not propagate to the end user's settings

Steps to Reproduce

• As the end user, set English as the preferred language via https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences
• Set up provisioning and map the preferred language to an IDP attribute.
• For the same user above, set the IDP attribute to "fr" (French)
• Wait for the sync to happen

Expected Results

The end user's preferred language should be updated to French.

Actual Results

The preferred language remains the same (English)

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
