      Issue Summary

      • If a user has product access to a Bitbucket repository, but has never logged in, the Managed Accounts page is does not show Bitbucket as one of the products that the user has access to.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have a managed account.
      2. Check on their account in the "Managed Accounts" page, and confirm that they do not have any "Product Access".
        • No product access
      3. Add them into a Bitbucket repository as a User.
      4. Check on the "Managed Accounts" page, and "Bitbucket" will still not be listed.
        • There is a slight delay for other products, like Jira and Confluence, and the product access will show up within an hour after they're added to it, even if the user never logs in.
      5. But for Bitbucket Cloud, unless the user logs in, the product is not listed.

      Expected Results

      • Bitbucket should be listed as a product that the Managed Account has access to, even if they've not logged in before.

      Actual Results

      • Unless the user logs in, the Product Access is not updated.

      Workaround

      • Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
