      Having the issue hierarchy updates in the audit log would be useful to identify who did the update and confirm the reason for the change.

            [ACCESS-1354] Add issue hierarchy updates to the audit log

            Could the watcher of this issue confirm whether this request refers to changes made in the Issue type hierarchy page i.e. https://<your site name>.atlassian.net/jira/settings/issues/issue-hierarchy

            Because I just tested making a change there (I added a level) and this was reflected in the audit logs:
