      Problem Definition

Currently, Audit log didn't include for "Customer Notification" changes. There's no way to track who update the configuration.

      Suggested Solution

Include "Customer Notification" changes in Audit log

      Why this is important

Sometimes the feature enabled or disable unintendedly. It's best to have information on how update it.

      Workaround

      No workaround

Does this issue relate to Jira Cloud? I've made changes to our customer notifications and do not see them reflected in the System audit log.

I made a change in a JSM Project > Project Settings > Customer notifications > Disabled "Customer invited" Notification.

This change was reflected in the site-level audit log:

So I believe this issue is fixed!
