Notification when a user signs up or integrates Bitbucket

As an administrator, I would like to know when users gain access to Bitbucket so that I can enforce company policy (procurement and IT systems).

If new users are added to Bitbucket, I may need to follow up with them to have the workspace shut down and moved to an existing on premise instance. Or I may need to work with their department to back-bill the Atlassian Access license costs. Or I may need them to transfer their account to a personal/non-work email address.

One of the challenges today is that folks can simply register for these services, and it’s difficult/near impossible as an admin to identify when this situation occurs, which could have security, compliance, and financial implications.
