Problem Definition

With the support for multiple identity provider connections with an Atlassian Access Enterprise subscription, connections to multiple Google Workspace instances is not supported. When attempting to add a second Google Workspace identity provider to an Atlassian organization with an Enterprise Atlassian Access subscription, an error occurs: "A Google Workspace directory already exists"

Support multiple Google Workspace connections.

Why this is important

Customers who have multiple Google Workspace instances need the same functionality that all the other identity providers currently enjoy, and for all the same reasons.

Workaround

When creating a new identity provider connection, choosing "Other provider" will allow your team to manually configure a SAML SSO and user provisioning connection to your other Google Workspace instance(s).
