      Issue Summary

      When Atlassian Support gains access to a customer instance that has IP allow listing enabled, there will be an entry in IP allowlisting page ( Security > IP allowlisting.) for Atlassian Support IP Policy.

      Customers would like this information to include the support ticket number as well.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/ for an instance that has IP allowlisting enabled
      2. Grant data access to the instance via the ticket
      3. Atlassian support adds the Atlassian Support IP Policy to allow themselves into the instance for troubleshooting.
      4. Go to admin.atlassian.com
      5. Select Security > IP allowlisting.

      Expected Results

      • There's an entry called Atlassian Support IP Policy which includes the support ticket number{}

      Actual Results

      • There's an entry called Atlassian Support IP Policy which does not tell the customer which support ticket the entry is related to.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
