IP Allowlisting - ability to restrict these accesses only for API calls

      Currently, it's not possible to restrict access only to API calls. IP allowlisting restricts access to both API calls and web/UI calls. 

      Suggestion

      In the IP Allowlist roadmap, add the availability to restrict these accesses only for API calls and limit API permissions independently of user permissions
