User provisioning provides the troubleshooting logs which helps administrators to action on errors that could occur when syncing data via SCIM. There is no way to export or report on these errors for handling large scale problems.
Suggestion :
Integrate the user provisioning troubleshooting logs with the org audit logs. In this way the provisioning errors can also be extracted via API and reported via third party tools.
