REST API to retrieve Atlassian Access license Consumption

    Description

      It would be great if there is an REST API that could return the number of users counting towards Atlassian Access license together with the usernames of those being counted towards AA license.

      This will help Admins trigger warnings when the license is nearing its consumption limit and take actions proactively.
